Take Hwy 395 North toward Susanville.  Exit at the Highway 70 Junction, take a Left at the Stop Sign.
Quincy is located 56 miles later.
Continue on Hwy 70 through Quincy.
The Pine Hill Motel is located on the right hand side of Hwy 70:  2 miles past the traffic light at Safeway, 1 mile past the 76 and Chevron gas stations, and 1/2 mile past the Ford dealership.
