Notice about Rates:
~ + Room Tax of 9%.
~ Extra People = $8.00 each
~ Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
~ All major credit cards accepted.
~ DISCOUNTS Available: Senior, Government, and  Commercial Rates.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to room reservation date (72 Hours for weekends, holidays and special events). Pine Hill Motel reserves the right to charge for any cancellations made within 48/72 hours of room reservation date.

Miscellaneous Info:
~ Please Note:  We cannot guarantee a specific room number, only number of beds, etc. 
~ Non-Smoking rooms: 3 through 11.
~ Bathrooms have showers only--no bathtubs.
~ All kitchens/kitchenettes are fully equipped.
~ We strive to maintain a quiet property--no loud partying allowed.
~ Free High-Speed Wireless Internet in all rooms

Pet Policy:
~ PET CHARGE: $10.00 per night/per pet. Unreported pets:  $30.00 per night/per pet.
~ Allowed with manager's approval only.  NO Aggressive pets allowed!
~ Owners must clean up after their dogs.  There is a $50 charge if left undone.
      Clean-up bags available at motel office.
~ Pets are never to be left alone - in rooms, outside, or in vehicles.
~ Must always be on leash outside, and when entering/exiting room.
~ Pets are not to be tied up alone outside.
~ Owners are financially responsible for damage and/or injury caused by their pets.
~ If you choose not to bring your own pet, we have three shy cats,  and one old, obnoxious dog named Pete you can pamper with dog biscuits we keep in the motel office!
